Chef Aaron Perez is a graduate of the California School of Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu Program. He is also a Certified Culinarian (CC) and a member of the American Culinary Federation.
He has worked for some of the top restaurants in Southern California including: La Cachette, Wolfgang Puck Catering, Rivera, Providence, and has worked as a Private Chef at University of Southern California for Alpha Phi.
His first passion is catering, where he freelances for private homes and businesses. He has also catered for several celebrities and worked at the Los Angeles Food and Wine Festival alongside world renowned Chef Francois Payard.
Chef Aaron J has also recently worked as a foodstylist for the FoodNetwork on the entire second season of "Grill It" starring Bobby Flay. He has also traveled to Las Vegas and various cities to do foodstyling for television shows and magazines.
It is said by many that Chef Aaron J is on the right track to someday becoming one of the great chefs of his time.
