World-renowned, distinctive designer Alexander McQueen has just launched his line for Target. For a while now, Target has blessed the fashionistas of the world with their Go International design partnerships, featuring up-and-coming designers like Luella and Proenza Schouler, and most recently, Thakoon. Therefore, it was quite a surprise (but an undeniable treat!) to hear that well-established and legendary McQueen decided to throw his punky designs into the mix. McQ Alexander McQueen for Target features clothes that can easily transition from work to hitting up electro-night at the indie club or grabbing some cheves at your favorite dive bar. I would best describe his clothes as rockabilly feminine, with un poco de punk tossed in (i.e. studs on their gray skinny jeans and zippers on their leggings). All my florecitas rockeras out there, head to your local Target and be prepared to have your pretty little jaws DROP as you fulfill your punk/rock ‘n’ roll princess fantasies while still having money left in your wallet!
