 Do you want to know how many calories you’re burning a day? One way to calculate it is by getting a pedometer, which measures your foot steps and how many calories you burn. I had one of these when I lived in Manhattan for a summer, there was one day I walked 5 miles! Then I moved back to Los Angeles and my footsteps and calories dropped drastically.
