Why Start Dating

I realized that dating sucks! I hate it, because I have to break away from my comfort zone which is not easy. My lovely comfort zone consists of three important ingredients:
1. Great friends, (whom I love to be around).
2. A sense of independence, (which is something I earned with a lot of hard work).
3. This one is a big one: I know how to be alone, (without needing a guy to fulfill those days when I’m feeling a bit lonely)
As I’m getting a little older, a lot of my friends are meeting men and getting married. They are starting to drop like flies, so the pressure is on! Do I want to end up a lonely, independent spinster with a crap load of cats, or get out there and give myself a chance to meet someone? Not just someone to fill in the loneliness, but fill in the lack of love I was missing in my life? To have to admit this is hard, but sometimes being honest and direct with yourself is needed from time to time. A lot of the time, we get caught up with our life and forget to look around at what’s really going on. So here I am, starting back up in the Dating Game, in the hopes of getting myself out there and learning what it takes to meet men. It’s going to be a hard, but worth taking a chance!
