Shameful In What?

Most women would never admit to a little hand job when the urge comes a- knocking.  A study was made on 1,000 women asking them one simple question “Do you masturbate?” As shy, or ashamed that women were to answer the question, it turned out that 92% masturbated, and most on a daily bases; what cochinas!!!

Shameful as it may be to even talk about it with friends or a trusted someone, it’s OK to bring it up, (just make sure your doing it with people you trust). So if you're one of those girls who are not into touching herself, or don’t know where to start, here are some tips and tools that can help:

1. Take a trip with friends or go on the down low to your nearest sex porn shop.  Don’t be afraid to ask which the best is for your buck, and pleasure! Toys are fun, it’s starting to use them what’s harder, but once you get a handle on its smooth sailing from there.

2. Find a quiet and private place where you can lock the door, and get away with your imagination. Turn off the TV, close the blinds, and even light some scented candles, to help relax. It’s important to feel comfortable touching yourself, without feeling yucky. In the long run you will start to learn to what makes your body tick, and helps you reach a full orgasm.

3. Another helpful hint would be to use porno magazines, movies, and/or creating your own fantasy in your mind. I feel that this is what works best, because it brings a more personal touch that came from your imagination.

I hope this work for you, you break your sexual silence and have some fun!
