Adam Lambert’s Controversial BESO

At the AMA’s, Adam Lambert performed his new single, “For Your Entertainment” It wasn’t the song, but the performance that has been causing some controversy.
During his performance, he danced provocatively with female dancers, simulated oral sex, and made out with a dude? What? Adam Lambert is making out with dudes now? That’s so shocking! Who would have thought?! OUTRAGEOUS!
Not really though…

When Britney kissed Grandma Madonna no one said a thing! And Madonna is pretty old so it’s not like it was a hot girl-on-girl action moment. Come on, you know you were all thinking it… Britney made out with an old lady… YUCK!
So the next morning, CBS decided to blur out the kiss. Because, you know CBS keeps it classy like that and released some bullshit statement:
"We gave this some real thought. The Madonna image is very familiar and has appeared countless times, including many times on morning television. The Adam Lambert image is a subject of great current controversy, has not been nearly as widely disseminated and, for all we know, may still lead to legal consequences."
Legal consequences? What legal consequences? So not only is kissing a guy going to be “censored” but also may lead to legal consequences? GTFO CBS with your bullshit excuse.
Adam said this, “If it had been a female pop performer doing (his) moves that were on the stage, I don’t think there would be nearly as much of an outrage. I think it’s because I’m a gay male.”
And when asked si quería disculparse because you know “children” were “watching” he said, “No children were in the audience at the gala, and parents need to be the people who control what their children watch on television” and last but not least he stated “I’m not a baby sitter, I’m a performer.”
