A Fight For Custody

Michael Jackson’s Ex-Wife, Debbie Rowe, has announced through her lawyer, Iris Finsliver, that she wants full custody of her children. Being that she is the biological mother of both Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., 12, and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, 11, she believes that she deserves to have the children under her care. Debbie has also announced that she will also take in Prince “Blanket” Michael Jackson II, 7, to avoid having to separate the children and keep them together.
Back in 1999, Debbie Rowe handed full custody of the children to Michael Jackson. In the past Michael Jackson had said that in any case his mother would be the benefactor of his children and that if Katherine Jackson could not fulfill the duties, than legal guardianship would belong to his long time friend, Diana Ross. Debbie Rowe was never mention in regards of owning and form of the children’s custody.
Debbie Rowe had also mentioned that she is filing a restraining order against Joe Jackson while temporary custody was awarded to Katherine Jackson due to accusations against Joe Jackson, (made by Michael Jackson), of child abuse. Children will remain under the care of Katherine until the court decides the future of children.
