A new trend amoung wedding coordiating is having the bride put together her inspiration board with cutout pictures of what they want. Also add color swatches or personal photographs to ensure that the vision is consisitant. This will also help minimize unnecessary purchases that do not pertain to the wedding inspiration.
The board may also be useful when meeting with vendors like the bakery and florist. It will give them an exact idea for what it is your looking for. They are fun to make and I believe it is another way to minimize furture arguments with you and soon to be esposo. This is a great tool to refer back to during the entire planning process. Make it a date with you and your novio. Sit down and discuss choices and find photos that visualize your ideas.
