What do you get when you mix La Lonchera con tu día especial? The best wedding ever! All over Los Estados Unidos, couples have begun to contract lunch vendors of all types. From Gourmet to el señor que vende los hot dogs con tocino. It makes sense that after a long night of quebraditas and atomic dog your guests have built up an appetite. Most of them will leave racing to the nearest 24-hour drive thru. Why not keep the party going in true Latino spirit by giving your guests a taco de carne asada antes de irse? After all, you know you're gonna see them in a couple hours for the carnitas when everyone will gather to see the bride and groom open the gifts.
Think about all the options available. There is a lunch truck to fit every budget. Dile a tu Tío Juan que le corra a comprar su carrito de fruitas preparadas porque se casa La Marí. If I walked out of your wedding and they handed me un vaso de pepinos con limon y chamoy, I'd be in heaven.
I can just see it now receiving the invitation and under padrinos reads "padrinos de La Lonchera" anything is possible. Don't think for one second that this is too much. You're a Latina we do everything in excess!
