Ponche de desayuno

For a quick breakfast that will be filling, make your child a ponche. I remember visiting my tia in Mexico, and the first thing we had before we took a walk to the farmers market, was a glass of her delicious ponche.
What you will need:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup of ice
Combine all ingredients in the blender and mix together until fully blended. Enjoy!
*** You can also add fresh fruits or chocolate powder for a different taste***
