Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

4-5 red potatoes
1/2 stick of butter
3 tbsp. Rosemary
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground pepper
- Pre-heat oven to 350-degrees.
- Wash and scrub potatoes.
- Chop potatoes into small pieces.
- Place chopped potatoes into ungreased glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle rosemary, salt, and pepper and toss.
- Slice butter.
- Bake in oven for approximately 45 minutes, turning potatoes every 15 minutes.
After potatoes are fully baked, serve with sliced roast beef or grilled chicken and some sautéed veggies…yummy…just thinking about this make me hungry!
