Enfrijoladas

¿Que vas a hacer para la cena? You have Frijoles, left over carne, tortillas, y salsita. Make Enfrijoladas. They are easy and require little ingredients. They vary in the things you can add to them, it all depends on what you have and what you want to put in them.

What you will need:

• Beans
• Leftover meat
• Cheese

 
 
 Directions:

1. Begin by heating up the frijoles and mashing them into a gravy consistency. 

2. In a separate pan, take the tortilla filled with your choice of ingredients and makes a quesadillas.

3. Take the quesadillas and dip them into the beans 

4. Put on a plate and top with lechuga, crema, tomatoes or whatever you choose.
