Easy Over Easy Eggs

A muchos les encanta los huevos estrellados. They are tricky to make and not everyone can master the art of over-easy eggs. Well, I have a fool-proof method that I inherited from my son’s grandmother. You’re not gonna believe when I tell you that it’s not only fool-proof. but quick and done in the microwave! Yes, I know, como puede ser?! Pero, si se puede!
What you’ll need:
Egg
¼ cup water
Bowl
-
Take a medium-sized bowl and pour ¼ cup water

Crack open the egg
-
Add salt
-
Microwave for 3 minutes
-
Take out and serve
