Camaron con Chorizo

Quien se imaginaba que camaron y chorizo would be such a great combination? The juices from the chorizo combined with the camarones while cooking, create an incredible zesty taste. Here’s a spicy shrimp skewer recipe with little ingredients and short cooking time. Enjoy!

What you will need:

12  Shrimps with tails ( peeled and deveined)

2 chorizo sausages

1 tbsp of olive oil

12 wood skewers

  1. Slice chorizo into ½ inch slices
  2. Take a wooden skewer and alternate the shrimp and chorizo slices
  3. Lightly coat the prepped skewers with olive oil
  4. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until fully cooked
