Hennessy, the #1 selling cognac in the world, is proud to announce it will serve as the official spirits sponsor for the 10th Annual Latin Grammys in Las Vegas. As official sponsor, Hennessy will present two unforgettable nights of sophisticated entertainment at the Person of the Year Dinner Reception and Official Latin Grammy After-Party on November 4 and 5, respectively.
Person of the Year Dinner and Reception:
The Latin Recording Academy will be honoring the musical and philanthropic legacy of Mexican icon, Juan Gabriel, at the “Person of the Year” Dinner on November 4 at the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center. A special component of the dinner is a check presentation for $20,000 by the Hennessy family’s own Global Brand Ambassador, Maurice Hennessy and Moet Hennessy President and CEO, Mark Cornell in support of Gabriel’s charity, Semjase, a music school for underprivileged children based in his hometown of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. "Hennessy is thrilled to enter into our second year of sponsorship for the Latin Grammy's,” says Andy Glaser, Sr. VP Hennessy Business. “We proudly support the philanthropic efforts of Juan Gabriel and the difference his charity will make to enhance the lives of children. Immediately following the gala dinner, invited guests will be transported to an exclusive private mansion a few minutes off the strip for the Official Person of the Year After-Party at the House of Hennessy. Attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in fabulous Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilege blended cocktails and hors d’oeuvres under the desert sky enjoying the music of DJ Frankie Needles and DJ Yonny at this very exclusive party. 10th Annual Latin Grammy Awards Official After-Party:
Hennessy will continue the celebration on November 5th by sharing their exclusive Hennessy Privilege V.S.O.P Suite experience with special guests of the Latin Grammys within the Official Latin Grammy After-Party at the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center. The Suite will undoubtedly be viewed by top industry heavies, influential tastemakers and celebrities alike as an ultra-luxe oasis from all other events happening that night. Hennessy Privilege V.S.O.P blended cocktails will be served alongside Hennessy’s marquis spirits throughout the evening. Festivities will commence at 8:30pm until 12:30am.
