Whats a children’s Party without Las Ardillitas singing Las Mananitas? Todays kids are listening to “Kidz Bop” and “Music Wow”. When I was growing up, it was all about CRI- CRI El Grillito Cantor y Los Tres Cochinitos. My grandma would bring out the records from the record console and get them ready for use . Cepellin was an A-lister at my Fiestas. All the kids would join in, and even the adults. The music is simplistic and nostalgic for some who remember it as a child. Its also good for those kids are learning Spanish in early development. Kids can follow along to learn letters, numbers,and stories. I was pleseantly surprised when I found a series of youtube videos of all these artistas. Let's not let the tradtions of the singing chipmucks and the mexican clown melt away into just a memory, but continue to share these timeless classics at your next child’s birthday party!
