Is your birthday coming around the corner y estas cansada de lo mismo? Well I have an idea for you! Think of it as tranforming into Dora the Exploradora. Get out your trusty map and set out on a destination to celebrate your sapo verde.Why not get together with close friends and try wine tasting , trip to vegas , or a weekend at the spa? I recently coordinated a 21st birthday celebration in Vegas equiped with a party bus and club VIP for 21 people and I learned a couple of things in doing so. I would like to go over some suggestions for you amigas to consider when venturing off on your newest conquest. Oh and don't forget to refer to our SOY travel section for some great destination choices. Come on, vamonos!
- Select Dates ahead of time to get the best deal with accomodations .
- Also consider other events going on around the same time because this will change the pricing.
- Compile a list of attendees with all contact information and send out reminders every week leading up to the event date
- Make sure that the hotel provides free shuttle service to desired locations.
- Only take direction from one person when dealing with a party in that number. Everyone always has an opinion
- Stick to the plan and only make changes when absolutely necessary
- Confirm with all third parties ( Transportation, accomodations, and clubs) the day before and day of.
- Above all keep an open mind and be flexible.
