Hipsters Beware! One step in this place and you’re never going to leave;

this is a place that anyone can fall in love with. Eastside Luv was introduced to me by a friend a year ago, and right away I knew it was a special place. Just walk in and you’re instantly in awe. From the red and black velvet wallpaper to the sunken bar, (and what seems to be my favorite thing in the whole place: the old school Mexican movie posters on the wall), I felt like I was transported to a different time and place. The setting is outrageous and fun and it’s a great place for anyone to come and hang out with friends, or watch bands play on top of the bar.

Their weekend line ups are not to be missed. Starting Fridays, they have live bands going on, DJ’s spinning awesome tracks, and Burlesque dancers. It’s well worth the trip, even though it’s sometimes a little hard to find parking.

Mi favorito trago there, which in fact I crave is the Cheladito…My mouth is watering as I speak! I also recommend another favorite called the “Sangre de Maria”. It’s so yummy, you’ll definitely have a couple.

Don’t let the location or size of the place fool you; it’s a little out your way, but I know you’ll be back more!
