The Verizon Wireless Escapade is ideal for globetrotters. Quad band network compatibility allows this phone to be used in more than 220 destinations worldwide.  Its clamshell design includes a 2.0 megapixel camera, multimedia messaging and voice dialing.  With the help of VZ NavigatorSM and its audible turn-by-turn directions, maneuvering through unfamiliar locations in the U.S. is a breeze, while global capabilities, such as the pre-installed SIM card, allows customers to use this phone abroad when traveling.

The Verizon Wireless Escapade is available on August 21 in Verizon Wireless Communications Stores and online at www.verizonwireless.com for $29.99 after a $50.00 mail-in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement. Customers will receive the rebate in the form of a debit card; upon receipt, customers may use the card as cash anywhere debit cards are accepted.
