Thanks to my beyond-hectic life, I have forgotten what it’s like to be pampered. Truth be told, I have a trouble relaxing because I’m always hustlin’. My quick trip to Planet Salon in Beverly Hills changed my whole outlook on all of that, I’m glad to say. SoySandrini and I were lucky enough to receive complimentary blow-outs at this lovely salon.
From the minute we walked in, we received prompt and accommodating service. My stylist, Kory, gave me a scalp treatment because I told him how the freaky weather changes had been affecting it. He massaged my scalp with hydrating oils until I thought I was going to melt into the chair. He then proceeded to massage my hands, neck and arms, causing me to proclaim my undying love and devotion to him.
The blow-out itself, left my hair looking AMAZING, if I do say so myself. It brought out natural highlights I didn’t even know I had, left me with remarkable bounce and body, and definitely plastered a smile on my face. I can’t wait to return to Kory for a much-needed hair cut! I forgot how great it is to take some time for yourself and love how it affected the rest of my day (actually my whole weekend, cause I made that blow-out LAAAAST!).
The salon features all kinds of services and they use organic Aveda products that are gentle on the hair and skin. They even have a great offer right now where you can go in and trade in one of your old lipsticks for a brand new Aveda one! That is unheard of, right?! I recently had an opportunity to a get a free hair treatment, and blow out at Planet Salon in Beverly Hills. I had forgotten how great it is to treat yourself to something small; it can leave a lasting impression the rest of your day or even your whole week. Planet Salon’s staff is amazing… the minute I walked in I received top notch service. Elle Hoppenstedt was my stylist, and she really went out her way to make feel comfortable and relaxed. I loved it so much that I’m going back for a well needed haircut with Elle.
Planet Salon does everything from skin care, make-up, to hair styling and color, and leaves you glowing when you step out of the salon.
