Microsoft Windows 7

This Latina has never been computer savvy, but I had to learn quickly if I wanted the Windows program to work for me with my business. Now honestly I was never really happy with Window Vista, and I knew that buying a Mac wasn’t the answer for me. So I when I found out about Windows 7, I hoped for a better turn out for PCs users. I was invited to meet one of the people who help redesign the new Windows 7, and he gave me a firsthand view of a few cool changes that were made. Although I don’t have the program installed in my laptop yet, I could tell from the demonstrations that there were many new things, and changes made!
Here are a few new things I saw with Windows 7:
- It was easier to use!
- Side by side, document presentation.
- Task bar moved to the bottom for easier access, which by the way they call the “Superbar”.
- Easy to find Doc, pictures, etc. search bar
- Window Live helps you create Picture slides, Makes videos, editing video and DVDs from home.
- Window Media Center lets you watch TV and DVR your favorite shows free!
- Virus protection.
- Window has 34 different languages you can run your computer on.
- It can indentify your needs.
- Parental control, with easy to use graph.
- Faster connection to internet.
- You can connect to Netflix and watch your favorite movies.
