For years I’ve been hearing about all the latest jean innovation(s) for girls with big behinds. You see, I’m one of those lovely ladies blessed/cursed with an itty bitty waist and a booty that’s in your face. I’ve tried everything from Baby Phat Jeans to J.Lo Jeans to Apple Bottom Jeans (sometimes with boots with the fur) and was always left unimpressed, unsatisfied and with a gaping waist band that you could fit the Yellow Pages in. Therefore, when Levi’s started advertising their whole “Curve ID” jeans campaign, claiming that they had a fit for everyone, I set myself up for disappointment. Ay, was I wrong!

First off, a charming girl at the Levi’s store in Santa Monica named Brittany measured my friend Sandrini and me in order to determine our “style”.  There’s four separate ones (Slight, Demi, Bold and Supreme), and it was determined that we are both “Supremes” (ciiiiiao!). As soon as we tried them on, it was like the skies parted and bestowed upon us were jeans that actually FIT! Not only did they hug our thighs and pompis, but also our WAISTS! There was no gapping in the back and for once, I felt like I didn’t need to wear a belt. Not only that, but they are beyond flattering, to the point where complete strangers in the dressing room were: 1)freaking out over how amazing their jeans fit and 2)were throwing out compliments at us left and right. It was crazy how everyone felt transformed and a thousand times more confident as soon as they slipped the jeans on!

I adore my new jeans and know that you will, tambien! They run at about $70.00 or so, which we all know is worth it, given how long Levi’s last. Even though you can find a fit for you online (thanks to a nifty quiz), I highly suggest going to the actual store in order to ensure the most perfect fit possible. While you’re there, ask if they know of any tips on how to keep your jeans looking their best; Levi’s employees are a plethora of information!
