I'm Seeing Red

 So many of my favorite things come in red: lipstick, nail polish, heels, underwear, flowers and now I can find it in my food. Here are some healthy “red” recommendations:

                                                  The Good Red    

 -Red Peppers:

Just half a cup fills you daily needs for vitamin C and antioxidants. Try them on fajitas or pizza.

-Kidney Beans: 

High in protein and iron. Toss' em into your salad.  

-Raspberries:

Packed with antioxidants which may help prevent cancer.

-Apples:

The perfect low calorie snack. According to fineliving.com apples are high in vitamin C and pectin, which   help cleanse your body's cells and reduce cholesterol and glucose. 

-Tomatoes:

High in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Potassium. Match them up with sandwiches and pastas.

 -Parking ticket

 -That time of the month

- Overdue bill

 -Jell-o shots
