GET FIT with Nike's New Women's Spring 2011 Collection & Workout App

I was so excited to be picked to go to New York for Nike's Women's Spring 2011 collection preview and test out their new awesome workout application for iPhone and iTouch with celebrity fitness trainer Ary Nunez.

Every year I make efforts to start working out, but life gets in the way and makes it super hard to make time to get to the gym, and I know I'm not the only one who has this problem. Nike's new iPhone and iTouch workout app helps you when you can't get to the gym and makes it easy to work out at home, even if it's only for 15 or 30 minutes. The videos are very detailed with info on how to do each movement, stretch, lift and kick correctly.  The app allows you to pick the kind of workout you want and need. If you're interested in getting toned, lean, strong or just need assistance getting focused on your workout.  I had so much fun working out alongside all the beautiful Latina bloggers and the amazing celebrity trainer Ary Nunez.

One of thing I've always loved about Nike workout clothing is that it's so flattering to your body. Latinas are curvy and I hate when I have to wear frumpy sweats. I feel sexy and confident when I wear their Dri-Fit gear and the new 2011 Spring collection does that for me and it will for you too! It gets you pumped up to your workout every time!

The science of designing a great shoe isn't easy but Nike sure makes it look easy. Their new "Be Free" line is unique to it's own. It's designed to make you feel like your barefooted while still looking totally fashionable. It's fit is amazing, you truly do feel like you are barefoot, and I didn't feel tired of wearing them after our workout with Ary.
