Whoa, Baby!!!

2008 was definitely the year of the babies! Every single headline or cover of a magazine consisted of a baby story. The baby boom was crazy. Some of the new parents consisted of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, who welcomed twins Max & Emme, born on Feb. 22nd, (I also read that they received a custom gift that was made just for them by Dolce & Gabbana!). Nicole Riche and Joel Maddens baby, Harlow Winter Kate, was voted “Best Baby Name of the Year” by the readers of People magazine. (See people.com for more “Best and Worst” of ‘08). More on the list of new parents include: Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Halle Berry, Ricky Martin, Jessica Alba, Laila Ali, and of course the Jolie/Pitt twins. Los bebes will be in the spotlight just like their parents, and I’m sure we’ll get to see more of them in the tabloids, news and in the cover of our favorite must-read magazines!
