Put Down That Muffin!

I know better than anyone that when you're on the go in the morning, you just grab some coffee and whatever you can carry in your hands. Sometimes that something is a granola bar, yogurt, or a muffin. I was especially fond of chocolate muffins since they were perfect paired up with my latte. But I had to stop when I realized how many calories were in one muffin: up to 430 calories, yikes! So even if it's a blueberry, or apple cinnamon muffin, it's still full of sugar and calories. So drop that muffin if you want to avoid that muffin top!
