Pick a Palette

Think back to growing up in the days where colors like navy blue, burgundy and red were used as part of wedding palettes. Today, brides are choosing color combinations that are in no way traditional. For example, peacock inspired weddings are a big hit currently with shades of pacific ocean blue, autumn purple, gold and green. There are invitations, save the dates, name cards, hairpieces with feathers, it’s endless!
Another combination I love, and would have never suggested until seeing it, is deep red and purple, it’s absolutely breathtaking! The idea is to combine colors that are somewhat on the same spectrum of the color wheel but not traditionally partnered.
Brides think outside the box, consider time of year in which the wedding will be held, consider colors that exist within the venue chosen that could be incorporated into the palette to create a consistent flow. If you’re uncertain about colors you have selected simply google: “inspiration boards” and include the colors you would like to see. This will pull up weddings other people have done. It will give you an idea of what it might look like.
Buena Suerte y recuerda, Be Bold! es la moda.
