An unconventional way to help get rid of your stubborn waterproof eyeliner is (wait for it): CONTACT SOLUTION! I know it sounds weird, but the agents in the solution that help disinfect your lenses are strong enough to help break up the polymers that make waterproof mascara… well, waterproof. I had LASIK a few months ago, but still use the contact solution I had left over from my contact days to remove my mascara. I just pour a little onto a cotton ball and wipe away all the traces of eye make-up. Me gusta that it’s gentle on my lashes but strong enough to get the job done. I know it sounds odd, but it has worked so far!
