Alice in Beautyland

Everywhere you turn, you can see how the movie has inspired everything from clothing to make-up. Popular nail polish brand, OPI, has a set of four polishes all inspired by the movie, with cute names like “Off with Her Red”. In the movie, Johnny Depp wore Bobbi Brown lip color in “Raisin”.
Well-known fashion house, Yves Saint Laurent showcased sexy heels embellished with oversized roses on the ankle strap and mini thorns on the heel.
Sue Wong for Disney has taken it one-step further and designed feminine, lacy dresses that look like they were taken straight from the movie itself. The line will be part of a limited-edition collection released for spring at high-end stores.
As you can see, Alice has not only changed Wonderland, she has also changed Beautyland. If you want to incorporate the Wonderland look into your own vida, start out small. Hard Candy’s neon liners are a great way to start your Mad Hatter transformation! Just don’t go too far or you’ll end up scaring all the neighborhood niños.
