There are many so-called “green” products out there, but which ones are the best, most efficient, products?
These are my top five favorite products:

The GE Hybrid Water Heater – not only is it cute and little, it can save you as much as 62% on your annual energy bill.

Brizo Faucets and Showers – you know how I feel about water conservation, so of course this is going to be on my top five products. These products are beautiful, the kind of faucets and showerheads you’d find at those ritzy hotels. The products offer a water-saving feature that will save many gallons of water a year.

LG Steam Washer – The LG Steam Washer uses at least 50 percent less water and energy than normal washers. The Allergiene cycle removes over 95% of common household allergens so it is great for your family members that suffer from allergies; the Wash/Rinse Optimizer automatically senses water hardness and detergent level, adjusting cycle length to maximize efficiency.

Lutron’s Eco-Home Products - Lutron Electronics makes it easier than ever for consumers to save energy at home. I especially like the Maestro dimmer with Occupancy / Vacancy sensor saves energy by automatically turning off the lights when no one is in the room. Because like any other parent, I walk around turning off the lights at my house, so this would be awesome to have.

Safecoat Zero VOC paints – They have created the painting products for the chemically sensitive. They have no smell. In addition, they are not expensive, with a price of $35 per gallon. So technically, you can paint any room in your house and live in it that same day.
