Triple Muffin Goodness

Fresh and Easy has become my version of "La Tiendita" It's down the street from where I live y me saca de apuros when it comes to the kitchen! Most recently, I was to make a dessert for a potluck at work and I was thinking what I could make that's quick and easy. I remembered years back I had seen somewhere that someone had sliced a muffin in three places and filled it with custard and toppings and it became and instant dessert. So with this in mind I purchased two four-pack muffins of Fresh and Easy's Banana Nut Muffins and got to slicing.
You can Use any flavor of muffins, as well as fresh fruit. All you have to do is spread whipped cream, custard or pudding in between the layers. Then add fresh fruit. Top it off with whipped cream and powdered sugar or whatever you wish. This is really a quick and easy, DIY dessert that will look as if it took hours to bake!
