Summer Sandia

As hot as the weather may be, sandia is always a perfect fruit to quench the thirst. It can be cut into pizza like slices or you can make Jugo de Sandia (without the seeds, of course). You can also use an ice cream scooper to create Sandia balls to complement a fruit salad. Once the sandia is completely empitied it can be cut in half and used a a bowl to house your mixed fruit salad or a centerpiece with fresh flowers. Oh, and don’t forget we can also devour la sanida con limon y chile, estilo Latino!
