Frosted Apples

Last year for Halloween I was trying to find a snack to make for the kids, other than the typical candy, as a treat. I had baked a cake days prior and had left-over frosting. I also had purchased a bag of apples and Halloween colored sprinkles. So I decided to make a treat!
This is what you’ll need:
- Frosting (in coordinating colors for your event or holiday)
- Sprinkles (in coordinating colors for your event or holiday)
- Medium sized apples (rinsed)
- Sticks
- Cellophane
- Ribbon
- Tags
- Take the clean apples and pierce the stick through them and place aside.
- Melt frosting for 5-10 minutes.
- Using a spatula cover the apple in frosting
- Then roll the apple over the sprinkles.
- After the apples have dried take cellophane and wrap them up.
- Using a decorative ribbon tie it together and place a tag.
