Last year for Halloween I was trying to find a snack to make for the kids, other than the typical candy, as a treat. I had baked a cake days prior and had left-over frosting. I also had purchased a bag of apples and Halloween colored sprinkles. So I decided to make a treat!

This is what you’ll need:

  • Frosting (in coordinating colors for your event or holiday)
  • Sprinkles (in coordinating colors for your event or holiday)
  • Medium sized apples (rinsed)
  • Sticks
  • Cellophane
  • Ribbon
  • Tags
  1. Take the clean apples and pierce the stick through them and place aside.
  2. Melt frosting for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Using a spatula cover the apple in frosting
  4. Then roll the apple over the sprinkles.
  5. After the apples have dried take cellophane and wrap them up.
  6. Using a decorative ribbon tie it together and place a tag.
