Arroz con Leche

Mi Novio has the biggest sweet tooth ever. It always seems to strike at late hours and at times when I don’t have cookies or pastel at home, so he makes his childhood favorite: arroz con leche. Up until my relationship with him, I might have had it once or twice but not to the point where I could just whip it up in a couple minutes. He is not mexicano , but grew up in a promdominatley mexican neighborhood and was always embraced by the families he lived close to. Well here goes my chocolatitos arroz con leche recipe. Enjoy !

What you will need:

1 cup of rice

4 cups of water

1 stick of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons of sugar

1 cup of milk

***Makes about four servings
