Sticky Icky

The other day I went to the movies. As I waited in line, I started to watch the behavior of the couple in front of me. The girl was holding on so tightly to her boyfriend’s arm, you couldn’t even peel her off with a crow bar. You could tell that the guy was annoyed by the way she was acting. I even heard him say to her: “Dude, let go!” I felt bad for the girl, because she didn’t have a clue to the damage she was creating in her relationship, (which was not going to last very long if she continued acting so damn sticky!).
Is it insecurities from past loves that we drive ourselves crazy with? Or is a sign that you’re just not ready to be in relationship? If a women is always going to worried that he’s going to leave her, or even cheat and feels like she has to strap herself to his back, then they need to give themselves a break and time to heal. When they wake up from the dysfunctional nightmare they were in, they can be a more confident chica, (which is always sexier) rather than being all sticky icky on him.
