Letting Go Of Your Past

So you’re happy, and life is good, and the near thought of your Ex is far from your mind. You’re over him, and the heartache is (finally) gone. But, all the sudden, you get that certain text/phone call/email from "Him". You’re left to believe that it has to be some mistake he’s contacting you. Most times, when they are looking for you, it’s for the sole purpose of their selfishness. I learned that the hard way and I'm sure you have from your past relationships, as well. So, how do you stop it from dragging you right back in? It's hard, and at times you need to be harsh and straight to the point with him and cut all ties. I speak from experience; I have been dragged to the past many of times. As easy as it is to get dragged in, getting out is A LOT harder. So think twice before answering the phone, girls! Remember that by getting sucked back in, you might miss your chance in really meeting a great guy!
If you got contacted by your Ex, what would do you do?
1. Answer the phone and listen to what he has to say.
2. Ignore it and act like you never saw it.
3. Pick up and scream F*** off!!

| 4. Answer and ask him the following very slowly, "why are you calling?" It's that simple, 9 outa 10, he will feel foolish and not call you again. | |
