Terra Cotta Pots

I came across the versatility of terra cotta pots by accident and now I use them in most of my event designs. Not only do I use the pot itself, but also the saucer. What I like the most is they can be painted with acrylic paints to cordinate with the events color scheme. They can be purchased at any hardware store or Wal-mart and vary in cost from $.59 cents to $2.49 each, depending on size.
I often wrap them with celophane and tulle for a girly look. They can be used as candle holders or lined up for a candy station. Stacked upside down with the saucer, it instantly becomes a desert stand. It’s incredible how many things can be done with a little creativity and effort!
